My name is Michelle MacRae, and I am reaching out to the ringette community looking for experienced leaders in sport who might be a great fit for our team.

In 2021, I started my own company “Elevated Evaluations”, providing quality evaluation services to
Ringette Associations in BC.
In order to build my service, I attracted independent contractor candidates who brought the following
combination of qualities and skills:
 Strong work ethic
 Good attention to detail
 Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
 10+ years’ experience in sport in a coach/evaluator type role
 5+ years’ experience in Ringette in any capacity (coach/evaluator type role preferred)
 Able to work flexible hours
 Must have own transportation (Mileage is not included)
 Must have own device (iPad, tablet, laptop)
 Skating instruction experience (not required but preferred)
After several successful seasons, Elevated Evaluations is growing rapidly and we are in a position to
bring on additional staff.
