25-26 Zone Coaches

The LMRL Zone Coach Selection Committees is pleased to announce the appointments of the following head coaches for the 2025-2026 season. The LMRL typically has four zones composed on its member associations, which are numbered 1 to 4. In years where registration numbers support less than four teams in a division, the league divides the zones into east and west regions.  

U14 Zone

• East: Karla Rands, Coquitlam Moody Ringette Association
• West: Robert Lowe, Delta Ringette Association

U16 Zone

• East: Tracy Townsend, Fraser Valley Ringette Association
• West: Grant Bell, Vancouver Ringette Association

U19 Zone

• East: Ben Bowcott, Fraser Valley Ringette Association
• West: Farhan Jamal, Vancouver Ringette Association

Currently, registration numbers support at least two teams in each division. If registration numbers support it, the LMRL will look at adding additional teams and coaching staff as required. The deadline to register for zone tryouts is Wednesday, August 13th. Click here to register.
