Welcome to the Lower Mainland Ringette League
The Lower Mainland Ringette League (LMRL) is the largest ringette league in British Columbia.
The LMRL oversees league scheduling, policy, promotions and advocacy for member associations.
The ten LMRL members associations include:

- Coquitlam-Moody Ringette Association
- Delta Ringette Association
- Fraser Valley Ringette Association
- North Vancouver Ringette Association

About LMRL
Lower Mainland Ringette League is a registered non-profit society that administers and organizes league competition between ringette teams in the geographic zone commonly known as the Lower Mainland of the province of British Columbia.
