Children's ringette is for players ten and younger. There are three divisions in Children's ringette:

• FUNdamentals 1
• FUNdamentals 2
• Under 10 (U10)

Minor ringette has four divisions. Options exist for high performance, competitive, or recreational play.

• U12
• U14
• U16
• U19

High performance ringette programs are offered at the league, regional, provincial and national level.

• Regional (zone) programs
• BC Winter Games regional teams
• Canada Winter Games provincial teams
• World Championships national teams at junior and senior level

LMRL oversees coaching concerns and development for coaches of member associations.
